About Us

The Brookside Community Homeowners Association has been serving the Brookside community for over 20 years.

BCHA is your community voice with other community groups such as Prospect Road Area Recreation Association, Council of Community Organizations (COCO), Joint Emergency Measures (JEM) and Citizens on Patrol (COP).

BCHA works directly with Provincial and HRM departments and staff to advance our community needs in recreation, taxation, development and transportation.

BCHA endeavors to maintain our property values and enhance community development in a sustainable manner.
